Refund policy

30-day returns

Contact TK5 within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

To start a return, email princeofharlem5@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Wait for return instructions before shipping. Items may need to be returned to different fulfillment partners; do not send a return to our business address without instructions.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can arrange an appropriate remedy without charging you return shipping.

Exceptions

Opened or used supplements, gummies, oils, and personal-care products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not limit remedies for damaged, defective, or incorrect goods or any rights provided by applicable law.

Refunds and exchanges

After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time. For exchanges, contact us first; we may arrange a return followed by a new order.
